妊娠期高血压患者剖宫产术后的临床护理效果研究

Clinical Nursing Effect of Cesarean Section in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的研究分析妊娠期高血压患者剖宫产术后的护理方法及其效果。方法选取2015-01—2017-01间南阳市宛城区妇幼保健院收治的进行剖宫产的妊娠高血压患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将80例患者随机分为两组,观察组40例和对照组40例,采用一般方法护理对照组患者,采用综合优质护理措施护理观察组患者,评价观察组与对照组的护理效果,评价指标主要包括护理舒适度、满意度和住院时间。结果观察组护理舒适度以及对护理工作的满意度均比对照组高,患者下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、泌乳时间、住院时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者剖宫产术后实施综合优质护理的效果较好,有助于促进患者恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing methods and effects of cesarean section after pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Choosing 80 cesarean section pregnancy patients with hypertension as the research object in the hospital from January,2015 to January,2017.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in the observation group and control group respectively.General method of nursing care was used in the control group,and the comprehensive quality nursing measures of nursing was used in observation group.Nursing effect evaluation of the observation group and the control group was done.The evaluation indicators included care comfort,satisfaction degree and hospitalization time.Results Nursing comfort and satisfaction degree with nursing work in observation group was higher than that in control group.Ambulation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,lactation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than control group.There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive quality care in cesarean section after pregnancy hypertension is better,and it is helpful to promote the recovery of patients.So it is worthy of popularization and application.
