Purchasing Demand Forecasting Model for Telecom Operators and a Case Study

为解决电信运营商采购需求预测与实际需求间的较大偏差,优化采购成本与提高采购效率,对电信运营商采购需求管理进行研究,并进一步基于BOM(Bill of Materials,物料清单)构建采购需求预测模型和需求管理优化方案。以某电信运营商省公司为例,梳理得出传送网、有线接入网及无线网三大专业的完整模型及数据,最后通过历史数据试算验证模型预测准确性。该模型灵活易用,对电信运营商采购流程优化、成本控制等具有重要意义。

In order to solve the large deviation between the purchasing demand and the actual purchase of telecom operators,and optimize the purchasing cost and the purchasing efficiency,the procurement demand management of telecom operators is studied and a demand management optimization scheme based on BOM is constructed to establish the purchasing demand forecasting model. Taking a telecom operator branch as an example,purchasing demand forecasting model and data of transport network,the wired access network and wireless network are given and the accuracy of the model is verified by historical data. The model is flexible and easy to use,and has practical significance for telecom operators＇ purchasing process optimization and cost control.
