面向信息学科硕士毕业生的就业质量评价体系构建

Evaluation System of Employment Quality Based on Graduates of Information Discipline

信息学科硕士毕业生是我国经济建设重要的人力资源之一,要提高信息学科硕士毕业生的就业质量,首先需了解毕业生目前的就业现状。因此,建立一个可靠、可操作、具有系统性的信息学科硕士毕业生就业质量评价体系显得尤为重要。基于信息学科硕士毕业生求职信息,统计分析了信息行业就业的基本现状,在此基础上结合信息学科硕士毕业生就业特点,提出信息学科硕士毕业生就业质量的评价指标体系,并从高校培养和毕业生自身成长的角度提出了建议。

The graduate students of information science are one of the important human resources in China＇s economic construction. To improve the quality of employment of graduate students of information science,current status of employment should be known first,and the existing problems must be found out. Therefore,establishing a reliable,operational,and systematic employment quality evaluation system is very important. Based on realistic situation and characteristics of the employment of graduates of information discipline,basic situation of employment in information industry is analyzed,and evaluation index system of the employment quality of the graduates of information science is put forward. Finally,a summary proposal is presented from the perspective of training and graduates growth.
