吲哚美辛擦剂的抗炎镇痛作用及毒性试验

Antiinflammatory and analgesic actions and toxicity test of indomethacin liniment

含有新型透皮促进剂月桂氮(艹卓)酮的吲哚美辛擦剂经大鼠蛋清诱发足跖水肿及滤纸片肉芽肿形成试验、证明其具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用,明显优于无月桂氮(艹卓)酮的制剂;家兔经皮给药后、药物主要集中于局部肌肉而血浆中浓度很低;家兔单次或多次经皮给药,未见明显皮肤刺激和毒性反应。结果表明,月桂氮(艹卓)酮的促透皮作用使吲哚美辛擦剂成为一种较为安全有效的新型外用抗炎镇痛药。

Indomethacin liniment (IL) containing az-one, a new absorption enhancer, showed strongerantiinflammatory and analgesic effect than theliniment in which no azone was used from thetests of hind paw swelling induced by fresh eggwhite and paper disk granuloma formation inrats. It was detected that high concentration ofindomethacin in the local muscle and low in theplasma after percutaneous administration of IL,in rabbits. There were no significant skin irrita-tion and toxicity after single or multiple percutaneous application in rabbits. These results suggestthat because of the effect of azone, IL becomes anew antiinflammtory and analgesic agent for ex-ternal application.
