摘要
目的探索静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)人力资源的合理利用。方法调取2015年1—6月与2016年1—6月人员的考评数据,采用雷达图分析法对工作人员的专业水平、操作技能、业务能力、工作能力、教学能力5个方面进行分析,从而对人员的素质进行综合评价。结果通过岗位调整前的雷达图分析,PIVAS三个小组之间在不同能力层次上均有明显差异,人员的能力发展不均衡,提示岗位设置存在缺陷。打破按照所从事的具体岗位分组方式,转而从PIVAS的管理角度对小组进行重新设置。设置前后比较,个人的综合能力评分由13.89提高到15.39,小组之间各项能力的综合指标差异缩小,提示岗位设置趋向合理。结论雷达图分析法应用于PIVAS人力资源管理中,可直观反映人员的综合能力,有利于优化和提高团队整体素质。
Objective To explore the rational use of human resources in pharmacy intranevous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods Data from January to June in 2015 and January to June in 2006 were recalled.Radar chart analysis was used to analyze the five aspects of professional staff including professional level,operational skills,operational ability,ability to work and teaching ability.Results The radar map analysis prior to the post adjustment showed that the three groups of PIVAS were significantly different at different levels of competence.The development of personnel capacity was not balanced,suggesting that staffing defects existed and the personnel should be regrouped for better PIVAS management instead of regrouping them by specific post.Before and after setting,the comprehensive score increased from 13.89 to 15.39,and the difference between the various indicators of the ability were narrowed,suggesting that job placement tends to be reasonable.Conclusion The application of radar map in the PIVAS staff post setting directly can show the comprehensive ability of the staff,optimize and improve the team's overall ability.
