摘要
医院科技创新是新时期推动医院科学发展的重要支撑。随着国家医疗卫生体系逐步推进,我国三级医院科技创新体系的问题日益凸显,亟需改革与调整。本文结合本校的思考与实践,提出三级医院科技创新体系的思路和具体做法,以供参考研讨。
The science and technology innovation can strongly support the development of a hospital in the new period.With the gradual advance of the national medical and health system,the problems of science and technology innovation system of tertiary hospitals in China are becoming more and more prominent,which is in urgent need to be reformed and adjusted.Based on the thinking and practice in our school,this paper put forward the thought and practice of science and technology innovation system of the tertiary hospital for future research and exploration.
