摘要
目的旨在探讨院感信息化上报平台对重症监护室(Intensive Care Unite ICU)护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年4月在医院感染管理及多重耐药菌(Multi Drug-resistent Organisms,MDRO)防控的基础上,采用院感信息化上报平台对某院医护人员手卫生(洗手方式、洗手液用量、洗手次数)进行干预,收集干预前、干预中、干预后三个阶段洗手采样的合格率,以及三个阶段医院感染及多重耐药菌(MDRO)检出率等资料。结果干预前、中、后洗手采样合格率为:60.00%、74.69%、88.89%,呈增加趋势(χ2=3.05,P=0.001,有统计学差异);医院感染率分别为:3.27%、3.01%、2.33%,呈降低趋势(χ2=3.76,P=0.046,具有统计学差异);MDRO的检出率分别为:4.36%、4.28%、3.49%,有显著的降低趋势(χ2=5.19,P=0.044,具有统计学差异)。结论院感信息化上报平台能有效提高医护人员的洗手依从性,降低ICU院感发生率及MDRO的检出率,客观有效地缩短感染患者的隔离时间,直接提高护理管理质量。
Objective To study the information platform of hospital infection report so as to improve the management of nursing research.Methods From January,2015 to April,2016 in the former hospital infection control and prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organisms,based on a sense of the hospital information system reporting platform,the hospital care hand hygiene was intervened to collect pre-intervention,intervention,intervention data and the infection rate of hospital patients and multidrug resistant rate(MDRO) three different stages.Results Before the intervention,during and after sampling the overall pass rate: 60.00%,74.69%,88.89%,showed an increasing trend(χ~2= 3.05,P = 0.001,statistically significant),hospital infection rates were: 3.27%,3.01%,2.33%,decreasing trend Cheng(χ~2= 3.76,P = 0.046,statistically significant),MDRO detection rates were: 4.36%,4.28%,3.49%,decreasing trend Cheng(χ~2= 5.19,P = 0.044,statistically significant) Conclusion The hospital infection reporting platform can improve the hand adherence and reduce ICU hospital infection incidence and detection rate of MDRO,objectively and effectively shorten the isolation time,and directly improve the quality of nursing management of ICU.
