某医院大中专实习护生MBTI分析

Analysis of MBTI Personality Types of Intern Nurses with a Three-year College Diploma or Secondary Vocational School Diploma

目的通过实习护生人格类型分析,加强对护生个性的关注,为提升护生培训与管理水平提供参考。方法采用MBTI人格类型量表,对2015—2016年度184名实习护生进行人格类型分析。采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行数据处理与分析。结果 MBTI最多的五类人格依次是ESTJ(28,15.2%),ESFJ(25,13.6%),ENTJ(19,10.3%),ESFP(16,8.7%),以及ESTP(16,8.7%)。不同性别护生MBTI个性倾向无显著区别,不同学历护生在MBTI的思维-情感(TF)维度差别有统计学意义,留院与未留护生在MBTI的外向-内向(EI)维度上有明显差别。结论实习护生呈现出外向、感觉、判断型的个性倾向性,人格类型理论用于护理人力资源管理具有可行性,可根据MBTI人格类型特点进行岗位分配和团队建设,促进护理人力资源管理水平提升。

Objective To strengthen the attention focus on nursing students＇ personality by analyzing the personality type of nursing students,and to provide reference for improving the training and management of nursing students.Methods Using the MBTI Personality Type Scale,the personality type of 184 nursing students in 2015-2016 was analyzed.SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis.Results The most common types of MBTI were ESTJ（28,15.2%）,ESFJ（25,13.6%）,ENTJ（19,10.3%）,ESFP（16,8.7%）,and ESTP（16,8.7%）.No significant difference in MBTI personality tendency among different gender was found.The difference in MBTI thinking-emotional（TF） dimension of nursing students with different educational background was statistically significant,and MBTI introversion-extroversion（IE） dimension between assigned and not assigned nursing students had significant difference.Conclusion Practicing nursing students present extrovert,feeling-oriented and judgement-based personality tendency.It is feasible to adopt personality type theory in nursing personnel resource management.MBTI can be used in post allocation and team building to enhance nursing personnel resource management.
