护理人员短缺问题使磁性医院成为医院管理者的关注热点,文章简要介绍磁性医院的发展历程及其基本特点等,对"磁性医院"模式在护理中的应用提出相关建议。
The shortage of nursing staff makes magnet hospital a hot pot to hospital administrators.This article briefly introduced the development courses and basic characteristics of magnet hospital,and put forward some suggestions to build magnet hospitals.
