2016中美联合灾害医学救援演练的做法

Practice of Joint Military Exercise of China and the United States on 2016

本文阐述联勤保障部队卫勤力量首次参加中美联合的基本情况,总结归纳围绕决心意图抓准备,切实打牢遂行任务基础;围绕目标要求抓演练,充分发挥卫勤职能作用;围绕任务特点抓提高,全面摔打检验参演队伍的主要做法,提出今后在加快制定标准化救援流程、合理划定卫勤职责范围、加强新型卫生装备研发配备、加强综合卫勤人才储备等方面进行思考。

This paper briefly stated the basic situation of the Joint Health Service Team of PLA who participated in the Sino-Us joint military exercises for the first time.Experiences were summarized as follows： First,to prepare as required; Second,to effectively play the role of medical service; Third,to be strict with the inspection team.At last,we should speed up the development of standardized rescue procedures,reasonably delineate the occupation of medical service,strengthen the development of new health equipment and increase the comprehensive medical personnel reserves.
