摘要
精子DNA损伤在男性不育症中具有重要作用,精子DNA碎片指数(DNA fragmentation index,DFI)检测可作为评估精子受精能力及男性生育能力的重要参考依据。中医药在治疗男性不育症方面有一定的优势和潜力,本文就近年来中医药干预精子DFI的临床及实验研究进展进行介绍。
The damage of sperm DNA plays an important role in male infertility. The sperm DNA fragmentation index（ DFI） can be used as an important reference for the evaluation of sperm fertilization ability and male fertility. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages and potential in the treatment of male infertility. In this paper,the clinical and experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sperm DFI in recent years are introduced.
