武汉市在校大学生性开放程度及相关因素

Sexual openness and its associated factors among college students in Wuhan,China

目的了解武汉市大学生性开放程度及其相关因素,为有针对性地干预提供依据。方法通过同伴推动抽样,借用网络平台(微信、QQ、微博),于2016年5月对武汉市在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查。多重线性回归模型用于分析性开放程度的相关因素。结果 434名在校大学生中,26.96%(117人)报告有过性行为。性开放程度得分为(13.26±3.78)分,男生对多性伴(2.67±1.24)分、婚前性行为(3.69±1.03)分、婚外性行为(2.05±1.16)分和商业性行为(2.11±1.08)分,开放性更高(P<0.05),而女生对同性性行为(3.74±1.17)的开放程度更高(P<0.05)。家庭月收入越高[β=0.206,95%可信区间(CI):0.520~1.317],家庭性教育环境越宽松(β=0.160,95%CI:0.283~1.065),与家人交流较少(β=-0.174,95%CI:-1.442^-0.453),男性(β=0.114,95%CI:0.160~1.533)的在校大学生性开放程度更高。结论武汉市大学生性行为发生率及性开放程度较高;应注重家庭性教育,并且针对男女生性开放特点进行有针对性的性教育,以培养大学生正确的性观念。

Objective To investigate the sexual openness and its associated factors among college students in Wuhan and to provide evidences for sexual health education in the target population. Methods Overall 434 college students were recruited through peer recommendation and internet promotion in May, 2016 in Wuhan city. The questionnaires were completed anonymously by participants and multi-regression models were employed in our study. Results Of all participants, 26.96% reported had sexual activity. The score of sexual openness was 13.26±3.78. Male college students achieved a higher score on multiple sexual partners（2.67±1.24）, premarital sex（3.69±1.03）, extramarital sex（2.05±1.16） and commercial sex（2.11±1.08） than females（P〈0.05）. Nevertheless, females tended to be more open to homosexuality（3.74±1.17）（P〈0.05）. According to the results of multiple-regression model, the male students（β=0.114, 95%CI： 0.160-1.533） with higher family income（β=0.206, 95%CI： 0.520-1.317）, strict family sex education（β=0.160, 95%CI： 0.283-1.065）, and less communication with their parents（β=-0.174, 95%CI：-1.442-0.453） were more open in sexual behavior than others. Conclusion The sexual openness of college students in Wuhan is greater than that of other young people. It is of paramount importance to enhance sexual health education for the college students and the people of their families and schools.
