摘要
目的研究尖锐湿疣(CA)高危人群外周血白细胞分化抗原40(CD40)、白细胞分化抗原40配体(CD40L)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)水平,并探讨其与发病的相关性。方法 50例尖锐湿疣门诊患者的性伴及配偶,按是否发病分为患病组(13例)及未患病组(37例),加健康对照组30例,分别抽取外周血分离外周血单核细胞(PBMC),利用流式细胞术检测CD40、CD40L阳性率;利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中IFN-γ、IL-2水平。结果 50例CA患者性伴及配偶中13例发病,5例人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚临床感染,共18例HPV脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)阳性,阳性率36%。患病组外周血中CD40、CD40L阳性率及IFN-γ、IL-2水平分别是(7.83±1.25)%、(1.32±0.25)%、(6.13±1.48)pg/m L、(18.24±4.68)pg/m L,明显低于未患病组及健康对照组。结论尖锐湿疣患者性伴及配偶是发病高危人群,CA高危人群发病过程中CD40-CD40L系统起着很重要的防卫作用。
Objective To study the correlation between levels of CD40, CD40 L, IFN-γ, IL-2 and the oncome of condyloma acuminatum(CA) in high risk population. Methods 50 cases of CA spouses and sex partners were divided in two groups by the onset of CA. The peripheral blood was got from the sick group, health group and the 30 cases as healthy control group. And expression of CD40 and CD40 L were detected by flow cytometric analysis. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2 were detected by Elisa method. Results 13 cases of 50 high risk population had the onset of CA, with 36% of the positive HPV-DNA. The levels of CD40, CD40 L, IFN-γ, IL-2 of PBMC of the sick group were 7.83±1.25, 1.32±0.25, 6.13±1.48 pg/ml, and 18.24±4.68 pg/ml, less than the levels of health group and healthy control group. Conclusion CA spouses and their sex partners were high risk population to infect with CA, and CD40/CD40 L system can play defensive roles in their HPV infection.
