两种掩蔽测试方法在纯音气导听阂测听中的应用

摘要 目的比较两种掩蔽测试方法在纯音气导听阈测试中的应用。方法对228例不同类型听力损失受试者行纯音听阈测试,同一受试者分别用平台法和阶梯法两种掩蔽方法测试气导听阈。结果两种方法测试得出的气导阈值之间一致性良好(ICC>0.75,P<0.05);平台法测试气导时间较阶梯法长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法测试的气导阈值平均值、0.25~8 kHz各倍频率气导阈值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纯音气导阈值测试,平台法和阶梯法测试的结果无差异,但阶梯法更节约时间。 Objective To compare two masking methods of air-conduction threshold measurement in pure tone audiometry. Methods 228 cases with different types of hearing loss were tested for air-conduction threshold, and the same subjects were tested air-conduction threshold respectively by the plateau method and the step method. Results The consistency between the thresholds obtained by the two methods was good (ICC〉0.75, P〈0.05), The air conduction time of platform method was longer than that of the step method, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), There was no significant difference between the two methods in the threshold value of the mean value of the air conduction threshold and 0.25-8khz frequency doubling air conduction threshold (P〉0.05). Conclusion The plateau method and the step method were both effective masking methods of air-conduction threshold measurement in pure tone audiometry, but the step method is much faster.
