摘要 声诱发的前庭诱发肌源性电位(vestibular evoked myogenic potential,VEMP)日益受到耳鼻喉科尤其是耳内科医师重视,在许多内耳疾病中具有重要的诊断价值,传统的VEMP多为气导检测,但气导VEMP在传导性聋等情况不适用,参考价值低,而骨导VEMP弥补了这一不足。本文就骨导VEMP的应用进展做汇总综述。 Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potential(VEMP) has drawn more and more attention by ENT physicians, it has important diagnostic value in many diseases of the inner ear, the traditional VEMP is usually tested by air-conducted VEMP, but it is not accurate in the case of conductive deafness. This can be supplied by the bone-conducted VEMP. In this paper, the application of bone-conducted VEMP is reviewed.
