摘要
对高职院校学生、教师和教学管理部门负责人的问卷调查结果表明,当前高职院校课堂教学质量普遍不高。为了提升高职院校课堂教学质量,笔者从教师、学生两个维度分别分析了影响课堂教学质量的关键因素,并以此为逻辑起点,从强化质量保证的主体意识、构建课堂教学目标体系、设计学生学习目标达成标准和考核方法、信息化手段有机融入课堂教学、建立激励和惩罚机制五个方面进行了深入研究,形成了系统而完整的课堂教学质量自主保证策略。
The questionnaire survey of the students, teachers and teaching management departments of higher vocational colleges shows that the quality of classroom teaching is not high in current higher vocational colleges. To improve the classroom teaching quality, the paper analyzes the key factors affecting the classroom teaching quality from the dimensions of teachers and students respectively. And as a logical starting point, thorough research are performed from following five aspects : strengthening the subject consciousness of quality assurance, building target system for classroom teaching , designing learning goals achievement standard and inspection method for students, integrating informationization means into classroom teaching, establishing incentive and punishment mechanism, so as to form a systematic and complete independent assurance strategy for classroom teaching quality.
