摘要
为了解高职院校水产养殖技术专业顶岗实习情况,总结经验,为水产养殖技术专业顶岗实习标准编制提供指导,笔者采用调查问卷和访谈等形式,对全国18所高职院校水产养殖技术专业建设负责人和2 026名水产养殖技术专业学生进行调查。结果表明:第四学期和第六学期是水产养殖技术专业顶岗实习的主要实施阶段,实习时间为24~56周;渔药渔用生物制品、渔用饲料和水产动物苗种生产经营等企业是顶岗实习主要单位,校内人才交流会是学生选择顶岗实习单位的主要途径;水产养殖技术服务和涉渔产品营销是主要顶岗实习岗位;校企协管能力、企业导师教学能力和企业硬件条件是目前影响水产养殖技术专业顶岗实习效果的主要因素。
To understand the situation of post teaching practice for students majored in aquaculture in higher vocational colleges and to provide guidance on the establishment of teaching standards, an investigation report was conducted by collecting questionnaire data from technical per- sonnel who responsible for the specialty construction in 18 higher vocational colleges and 2 026 students majored in aquaculture. It is found that the post teaching practice is implemented in the fourth and sixth semester in most colleges which is lasting 24 to 56 weeks. Production and man- agement enterprises of fishery medicine, fishery biological products, fishery feed and aquatic animal seeds are the main bases for post practical teaching. The campus talent exchange meeting is the main way for students to choose their post teaching practice bases. Technical service relat- ed to aquaculture and fishery products marketing is the main post training position. The co - management between colleges and enterprises, the teaching ability of the enterprise tutors and hardware condition of the enterprises are the main factors affecting the practical effects.
