BIM, Opportunities and Challenges for Interior Design

现阶段BIM技术发展如火如荼,在室内设计领域却方兴未艾。通过与传统软件的对比,分析室内设计使用BIM技术的九个方面优势—设计方式的变化、表达方式的变化、信息化、协同、设计完成度、性能化设计、多方案选择、设计服务范畴的变化、BIM室内设计的受益方。同时BIM技术在室内设计的应用存在五个方面问题—组织规划、企业、个体的态度、软件技术、经济、法律等。通过上述分析,探讨BIM为室内设计带来新的机遇和挑战,认为BIM是信息时代室内设计发展的必然趋势。

Nowdays BIM technology is developing rapidly, but not well in the field of interior design. Compared with traditional software, the paper analyzed the advantages of using BIM from nine aspects--the changes of design modes, the changes of expression ways, Informationization, collaboration, the design completion degree, the performance design, multiple schemes, the changes of the design services category, and beneficiary party of BIM in interior design. At the same time, there are problems on the application of BIM to interior design--the organization plannings, enterprises, the attitudes of individuals, the software technologies, the economies and the laws. Through series of analysis, the paper explores that BIM will bring new opportunities and challenges for interior design, and believes that BIM is aninevitable trend in the development of interior design in the information age.
