9月12日，芬兰阿尔瓦阿尔托基金会宣布将2017阿尔瓦·阿尔托奖授予中国建筑师、标准营造建筑事务所的创办人张轲。该奖项创立于1967年，以芬兰著名建筑师阿尔瓦-阿尔托的名字命名，以纪念他在建筑设计方面做出的卓越贡献。奖项不定期颁发，意在表彰在建筑创新领域成就卓群的个人和机构，是国际认可度最高的建筑奖项之一。张轲是第13位获此殊荣的建筑师，也是首位中国获奖者。此前，该奖项的其他获得者包括安藤忠雄、阿尔瓦罗·西扎、史蒂芬霍尔等。
Chinese architect Ke Zhang, the founder of ZAO/Standardarchitecture, was awarded 2017 Alvar Aalto Medal, Finland＇s Atvar Aatto Foundation announced on September 12. The Ai.var Aal.to Medal was created in honor of Alvar Aa[to in 1967, and has been awarded only intermittently since then. As one of the most internationally recognized architecture prizes, the award is given in recognition of a significant contribution ta creative architecture. Zhang is the 13th winner, as welt as the first Chinese winner, and joins a list that includes Tadao Ando. Atvaro Siza. and Steven Holt.
