摘要
心脏病具有突发性强、致死率高等特点,因此住院患者需要得到细心的观察与及时的救护。由于目前国内的心脏病区设计没有充分考虑这些特点,而仅仅是简单套用普通病区的设计方法,以致不能满足心脏病治疗的实际需要。为改善这一状况,本文对国内外几个典型的心脏病区进行了调查分析,从医护效率及患者生活舒适度的角度,重点考察了病区布局、护士站、病室及CCU(心脏病重症监护室)等关键要素,在此基础上总结了心脏病区的设计要点。
Since Heart disease happens suddenly and is of high mortality rate, cardiology inpatients need careful observation and timely rescue. The current design of cardiology ward in China often does not take the above characteristics into consideration, just apply mechanically common ward design which does not meet the actual needs of heart disease treatment. This paper is aimed to clarify influencing factors to efficient room layout in cardiology ward, and summarize design methods of these kinds of wards. As the result of this study, the following two major items are highlighted： case studies of 6 cardiology wards at home and abroad are obtained from the viewpoints of both high efficiency and high comfort; key issues concerning design methods of cardiology ward such as efficient room layout, elevator group, nurse station, sickroom and CCU, are discussed.
