The paper expounds the present situation and characteristics of the development of Jiangxi cultural industry, analyses the necessity of the integration of cultural resources in Jiangxi region, and proposes to construct the information recognition system of regional characteristic culture based on regional cultures, and to integrate regional characteristic cultural resources by taking industrial clusters as the framework. Furthermore, the paper demonstrates the integration strategy to develop the industrialization of regional characteristic cultural resources from the aspect of the opportunity of ＂One Belt and Road＂, and the innovative development of cultural industries.
