摘要 医院感染直接影响医疗质量和患者安全,是现代医院管理的难题和面临的重要挑战。如何加强医院感染的预防和控制能力,加大医院感染防控措施的落实力度,提升医院感染管理工作水平,为患者提供一个安全的就医环境是卫生行政部门、医院管理者和广大医务人员的共同目标[1]。国际康复质量认证委员会（commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities,CARF）于1966年在美国成立,
