当归远志颗粒中部分药味水提工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究当归远志颗粒处方中甘草、远志、菊花、当归4味中药的最佳提取工艺。方法以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素;以总多糖含量为考察指标;采用紫外可见分光光度法测定总多糖的含量;采用正交试验法L_9(3~4)优选最佳提取工艺。结果确定最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1:10倍,提取时间为1.5 h,提取次数为3次。结论该制备工艺条件下总多糖含量高,工艺稳定,适用工业化应用,为后续研究提供可靠依据。 Objective To study the best extraction process of four Chinese herbs,liquorice,Polygala,chrysanthemum and Angelica.Methods Take the ratio of material and solvent,extracting time and frequency as factors; Content of total polysaccharide was used as the index; Content of total polysaccharide was determined by UV visible spectrophotometry; Optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test L_9(3~4).Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10 times,the extraction time was 1.5 hours,and the extraction time was 3 times.Conclusion The preparation process has the advantages of high total polysaccharide content and stable process,which is suitable for industrial application and provides a reliable basis for further research.
