预见性护理对高压氧治疗老年突发性耳聋患者不良反应及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Adverse Reactions and Anxiety Depression in the Elderly Patients with Sudden Deafness Treated by Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

目的探讨预见性护理对高压氧治疗老年突发性耳聋患者不良反应及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取我院老年突发性耳聋患者180例作为研究对象，2015年2月～2016年2月治疗的90例患者为对照组，2016年3月～2017年2月治疗的90例患者为观察组。所有患者均给予营养神经药物、血管扩张药、抗凝药和高压氧治疗。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理方法基础上实施预见性护理。比较两组疗效，高压氧不良反应，焦虑自量表（Self-RatingAnxiety Scale，SAS）和抑郁自量表（Selfrating Depression Scale，SDS）评分。结果对照组不良反应总计明显高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P=0．012）。治疗前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论预见性护理能够安抚患者的焦虑情绪，提高患者的依从性，减少不良反应的发生，临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on advrse reactions and anxiety depression in the elderly patients with sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods 180 Patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were selected. 90 Patients from January in 2015 to January in 2016 in our hospital were as the control group. 90 Patients from February in 2016 to January in 2017 in our hospital were as the observation group. All patients received nutrition nerve medicine, vasodilation, anticoagulants and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received pre- dictive nursing based on the nursing method in the control group. The curative effect, adverse reactions, SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups. Results The adverse reactions in the control group were significantly higher than those in the ob- servation group. There was statistically significant difference （ P = 6. 309 ）. There were no statistically significant diflbrenee in SAS and SDS scores before the treatment between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. SAS and SDS scores in the observation group after the treat- ment were obviously higher than those in the control group. There was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Predictive nursing can alleviate the patients＇ anxiety, improve the patients＇ compliance and reduce the adverse reactions, which is ef- fective method in nursing the patients with sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
