摘要 抗阻力量训练和机械负荷诱导引起的骨骼肌适应性变化被称为骨骼肌肥大。近年来,骨骼肌肥大动物模型在肌肉运动能力的研究、老年肌肉萎缩的预防及其机制的探讨等方面广泛开展。综述近年来骨骼肌肥大动物模型的研究现状,将肥大模型分为手术代偿性、电刺激诱导型、抗阻力量训练和外源性注射等肥大模型,对肥大模型的建立及应用进行对比分析,并对各类模型的优缺点进行探讨。 Muscle hypertrophy is often induced by resistance strength training,and mechanical load. In recent years,animal models of muscle hypertrophy have been widely used in the study of muscle movement ability,prevention of aging muscle atrophy. This paper reviews the current research situation of skeletal muscle hypertrophy in animal models(surgical compensation, electrical stimulation,resistance strength training and exogenous injection and other models),analyzed the establishment and application of hypertrophy model,and provide experimental basis for future research work.
