信息环境下大学文化生态场域的内涵、属性及其治理

作为生产、传播文化资本的载体,大学文化生态场域始终推动着教育资源再分配与师资结构再生产。信息时代的到来促使大学逐渐形成了独特的虚拟空间场域,冲击着大学文化生态的演进,使其体系发生着形态与属性上的转变。创新大学文化生态场域的信息化治理,需要建立基于信息时代的大学文化生态治理框架,理清各治理主体的责任;形成虚拟教学共同体;组建矩阵式学术联盟;采取智慧型校本管理方式,搭建集成性校园信息平台。

As the carrier of producing and spreading the cultural capital,the cultural ecology field of colleges and universities always promotes the redistribution of educational resources and the reproduction of the faculty structure. The advent of the information age has prompted a unique virtual space field in colleges and universities,which impacts the evolution of the university cultural ecology,and changes its form and attribute. To innovate information management of the cultural ecology field of colleges and universities,it is necessary to build a framework based on the information age for governance of university cultural ecology and sort out the responsibilities of different management parties;to form a virtual teaching community and establish a matrix academic alliance;and to adopt smart college-based management and build integrated campus information platforms.
