“一带一路”倡议下高等教育国际交流与合作路径

A Probe into the International Exchange and Cooperation in Higher Education under the“the Belt and Road”Initiative

高等教育国际交流与合作是我国与"一带一路"沿线国家友好关系发展的结果和重要内容,也是实现我国教育现代化的必由之路。目前,我国与"一带一路"沿线国家进行高等教育间的交流与合作具备经济、政治、文化方面的有利条件,但在留学生培养、教育质量保障、学术成果国际交流以及教育智库建设等方面也存在限制性因素。结合"一带一路"倡议的实施情况,提出双方开展高等教育交流与合作的路径:一是推进留学生教育,创新人才培养模式;二是加强师资队伍建设,完善教育质量保障体系;三是全面扩大对外交流,开展多样化合作办学;四是畅通学术成果的国际交流渠道,发展新型教育智库。

The international exchange and cooperation in higher education is the result and the important content of the development of good relations between China and countries in the ＂the Belt and Road＂ area,as well as is the way to realize the modernization of education. At present,higher education exchange and cooperation between the two sides has favorable conditions from some aspects of economy,politics and culture;meanwhile,it has faced with some restricted factors,such as talents cultivation,education＇s quality assurance,international academic exchange and the construction of educational think tank. With the implementation of the＂the Belt and Road＂,this paper puts forth the following paths to promote international exchange and cooperation in higher education between China and countries in＂the Belt and Road＂area. First,improving foreign students education and innovating talent cultivation mode;Second,strengthening the teachers troops and perfecting education mass guarantee system;Third,enlarging opens to international exchange and developing diversified Chinese-foreign cooperative education;Finally,smoothening the international communication channels of academic achievement and developing new educational think tank.
