基于课后学习权和休息权视角的大学生权利维护

Research of University Students' Rights Maintain

随着时代的飞速发展,学习权已发展成为一项基本人权。通过调查与分析百余名西部某校在校大学生,发现当前该校大学生课后学习权和休息权没有得到较好的保障,主要原因有大学生自身维权意识薄弱、大学管理和服务欠缺、法律制度不健全等。维护大学生课后学习权和休息权应该加强大学生的权利意识教育和道德教育,完善高校管理制度,提升高校服务意识,推进法治建设。

Along with knowledge economy booming,the right of study is becoming a basic human rights.Through the investigation and analysis of hundreds of students from a university in western China,we can dis cover that university student＇s right of after-school learning and right to rest have not been well maintained. The main reasons are student＇s lack of right protection consciousness,the universities inefficiency and lack of management and service,the imperfection of relevant legal system and so on. This article analyzes the phenomenon,and concluded that to maintain university student＇s right of after-school learning and right to rest,we should promote university student＇s right consciousness and reinforce moral education,perfect the system of university management and service,strengthen the legal system and so on.
