时代境遇下“金砖”国家职业教育与培训变革:经验与借鉴

Reform and Development of Vocational Education and Training in the BRICS:Experience and Enlightenment

金砖国家在当前发展职业教育与培训的过程中,面临着贫富差距不断加大、技能短缺、青年失业等共同的时代挑战。为应对这些挑战,其他金砖国家进行了一系列变革。其共同经验可为我国提供借鉴,从推进国家资格框架的构建、理顺职业教育治理结构、推进职业教育与培训回归工作世界、完善劳动力市场信息监测机制等方面进行改革与创新。

In the current process of developing vocational education and training,the BRICS countries are faced with some common challenges,such as the widening gap between the rich and the poor,the shortage of skills and youth unemployment. The common experience of the other BRICS countries can provide reference for China to reform and innovate in advancing the establishment of national qualification framework,rationalizing the governance structure of vocational education and training,promoting the return of vocational education and training to the world of work,and improving the labor market information monitoring mechanism.
