摘要
"互联网+"与"大众创业,万众创新"理念的深入对职业院校教师在创业教育上提出了新要求,教师的胜任力体系成为成功从事"双创"教育的必要条件和职业院校的主要培养目标。从"双创"对教师的新定位来看,教师胜任力的核心指标可以概括为个性特征、教育理念、知识技能等三个方面,高职院校应通过提升基础保障、构建教师成长的内在环境,以及营造和谐的创新创业校园生态等举措,为"双创"教育能力的培养和"双创"教育的有效开展提供保障。
With the awareness of the concept of"Internet +"and"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",new requirements are put forward to higher vocational teacher in the entrepreneurial education. The competency system for teachers has become the requirements for engagement in the entrepreneurial education and the main training target of vocational colleges. From the new orientation of teachers with the background of"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the key indexes of competence include personality characteristics,education concept,knowledge and skills. Therefor,higher vocational colleges should take measures of promoting fundamental assurance,perfecting the inner environment and constructing harmony entrepreneurial ecology.
