摘要 采用配有专用IR5-MCT检测器和GPC快速柱的新型凝胶色谱仪GPC-IR测定超高相对分子质量的聚乙烯试样的相对分子质量及其分布,对三个超高相对分子质量的聚乙烯试样进行分析表征。实验结果表明,该新型凝胶色谱仪可进行极稀试样溶液的定量测定,测试结果准确度高、重复性良好,操作简便,完全满足定量分析要求,克服了传统高温GPC无法分析超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的难题。 With special IR5-MCT detector and GPC type rapid column, the new gel chromatography GPC-IR was used to get the molecular weight and its distribution of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. The molecular weight and its distribution of three kinds of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene were characterized. The experimental results show that the new type of gel chromatography can be used for quantitative determination of extremely dilute the sample solution. The results have a high accuracy, good repeatability and fully meet the requirements of quantitative analysis. The new GPC-IR overcome the traditional high temperature GPC shortcoming that can not analyze the problem of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene.
