摘要
Pickering乳液具有稳定性好、易调控、成本低和污染小等特点,在造纸、药物、化妆品和材料等方面有很广泛的应用,但在石油行业应用较少。近几年来,由于Pickering乳液在复杂条件下良好的稳定性,在石油行业中越来越受重视。在分析Pickering乳液形成机理及影响因素的基础上,综述了近年来国内外Pickering乳液在钻井、提高采收率、防砂和油田污水处理中的应用,并对Pickering乳液在石油行业中的发展潜力进行了展望。
Pickering emulsion has the characteristics of good stability, easy regulation, low cost and low pollution. It has wide application in the fields of papermaking, medicine, cosmetic and materials, but there is little application in petroleum industry. In recent years, due to its good stability in complex conditions, Pickering emulsion has been taken more and more attention by petroleum researchers. The formation mechanism and influencing factors of Pickering emulsion were briefly analyzed. Then the application of Pickering emulsion in drilling, oil recovery, sand control and oilfield sewage treatment in recent years was reviewed. Development potential of Pickering emulsion application in petroleum industry was prospected in the end.
