双孢蘑菇土窑洞周年生产技术

摘要 分析现行双孢蘑菇土窑洞栽培模式的弊端,探索采用培养料隧道发酵、保温棚发菌和土窑洞覆土出菇的土窑洞周年生产技术,获得成功。技术涉及土窑洞建造,生产季节安排,菌种选择,培养料预处理和发酵,播种发菌,覆土及覆土后管理和出菇管理。该生产模式具有基料质量高、发菌快、病虫害少、产量高和节能等优点,基本实现周年生产,适宜于在北方黄土高原地区推广应用。 Abstract According to the fact of lower quality of compost, higher contamination and lower yield, key technologies of anniversary production of Agaricus bisporus in cave dwelling were set up by way of technological innovation and experiment and demonstration in the basis of extensive investigation and research and with the aid of succeeding experience in various areas. The technology was composting in tunnel and mycelium growth in thermal shed, and casing soil and fruit growth in cave dwelling. The production model has characteristic of higher qualityof compost and rapid mycelium growth and less diseases and insect pests, and higher yield. The model was a new cultivation model of using lower sources of energy. It was worth to apply widespread in loess plateau area of the China north.
