新生儿重症监护室早产儿家长喂养知识水平的现状调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过现状调查,了解新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal intensive care umits,NICU)早产儿家长喂养知识水平及相关因素。方法采用自制一般资料问卷和早产儿喂养知识问卷对372名早产儿家长进行调查。结果早产儿家长喂养知识整体水平偏低,照护者学历和职业是喂养知识水平的主要影响因素。现有喂养知识主要来源于亲戚、朋友和网络、书籍;主要需求为喂养实施、喂养方式和乳类、乳具选择方法;最希望的指导方式为个别指导加示范,其次为健康教育材料和手机短信、微信;75.27%的照护者有随访的意愿。结论应开展多种形式的早产儿喂养知识宣教,为早产儿家庭提供全面而系统的喂养知识,以保证早产儿出院后喂养的规范性和持续性。 Objective To investigate the feeding knowledge level and related factors of parents of premature infants in Neonatal intensive care units( NICU) by investigating the status quo.Methods A total 372 preterm infant caregivers were investigated with self-designed general information questionnaire and feeding knowledge assessment tool. Results The overall level of feeding knowledge of parents of premature infants was low. Care giver,educational background and profession were the major influencing factor of preterm infant caregivers' feeding knowledge. The current feeding knowledge was acquired from relatives or friends,network or books. The main content requirements included feeding practice,feeding patterns and selection methods of milk and feeding-bottle. The most expected education method was individual guidance and demonstration,health education materials and mobile phone text messages,We Chat were the next in importance. 75.27% of caregivers Conclusions Various forms of feeding knowledge about preterm infants should would have the will of follow-up.be carried out to provide comprehensive and systematic feeding knowledge for premature infants,and to ensure the standardization and continuity of preterm infants feeding after discharge.
