快速康复外科理念在老年结直肠癌围术期护理中的应用

Application of concept of Fast Tract Surgery in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with colorectal cancer

目的 探讨快速康复外科理念（FTS）在老年结直肠癌围术期护理中的应用效果.方法 选择2016年1—8月在南通大学附属医院胃肠外科二病区择期接受结直肠癌切除术的老年患者56例,采用随机数字表分为对照组（n=25）和FTS组（n=31）.对照组实施常规护理,FTS组由快速康复团队对患者进行FTS干预.比较两组患者术后并发症、首次活动时间、住院天数及住院费用.结果 FTS组患者术后发生肺部感染2例,静脉血栓1例,比例均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;FTS组患者首次下床时间（40.81±26.28）h,平均住院时间（8.75±1.89）d,平均住院费用（76538.76±4352.78）元,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 老年结直肠癌围术期应用FTS护理能够促进患者恢复,缩短住院天数.

Objective To explore the application effect of Fast Tract Surgery （FTS） concept in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Fifty-six elderly patients who received colon cancer excision in the Second Ward, Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January to August 2016 were selected and divided according random number table into control group （n=25） and FTS group （n=31）. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the FTS group were intervened with FTS by the fast tract team. Incidence of complication, activity for the first time, length of stay in hospital and hospitalization costs were compared between the two groups. Results Pulmonary infection happened to 2 patients, and venous thrombus happened to 1 in the FTS group. The incidence rate was lower than the control group, yet with no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. In the FTS group, off-bed activity for the first time was （40.81±26.28） h, average length of stay in hospital was （8.75± 1.89） d, average hospitalization cost was （76538.76±4352.78） yuan, all lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Perioperative nursing to elderly patients with colorectal cancer following the concept of FTS can promote postoperative recovery and reduce hospital stay.
