摘要
目的 探讨"一对一导师制"带教在新护士培养中的应用效果.方法 2013年7月—2015年8月,采用便利抽样的方法,选择天门市第一人民医院320名新护士为研究对象.将2013年招收的120名新护士设为对照组,2014年招收的200名新护士设为试验组.对照组采用传统带教模式;试验组采用"一对一导师制"带教模式,对不同季度两组新护士的理论考试、操作考试、综合评价成绩进行比较.结果 试验组第一季度和第二季度理论考试成绩与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(t值分别为4.067、4.151;P〉0.05);试验组第三季度、第四季度理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为7.327、5.406;P〈0.05);试验组第一季度操作考试成绩与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=2.654,P〉0.05),试验组第二季度、第三季度、第四季度操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.630、4.066、3.838;P〈0.05);试验组4个季度综合评价成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为7.810、4.132、6.186、9.369;P〈0.05).结论 "一对一导师制"带教有助于提升新护士的临床工作能力.
Objective To explore the application effect of "one to one tutorial system" teaching in the training of new nurses.Methods With the convenience sampling method 320 new nurses who worked in Tianmen First People's Hospital were included from July 2013 to August 2015. One hundred and twenty new nurses were enrolled into the control group from 2013. Two hundred new nurses were enrolled into the experimental group from 2014. In the control group, the new nurses were trained with the traditional teaching mode. In the experimental group, the new nurses were trained with "one to one tutorial system" teaching mode. The theory test, the operation test and the comprehensive evaluation of the new nurses in the 2 groups were compared every quarter.Results There were no significant differences in the theory test of the nurses between the control group and the experimental group in the first and second quarters(t=4.067,4.151;P〉0.05). The score of the theory test of the nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the control group in the third and the fourth quarters (t=7.327,5.406;P〈0.05). The operation test of the nurses in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group in the first quarters (t=2.654,P〉 0.05). The score of the operation test of the nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the control group in the second, the third and the fourth quarters (t=4.630,4.066,3.838;P〈0.05). The score of the comprehensive evaluation of the nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the control group in the four quarters (t=7.810,4.132,6.186,9.369;P〈0.05).Conclusions "One to one tutorial system" teaching is helpful to improve the clinical work ability of new nurses.
