摘要
依据水布垭电厂机组实际情况,提出了关于AGC与一次调频协调性的相关分析与建议。不足之处主要在于现场条件限制,无法对论述进行实地验证。此外,主要的分析和建议集中在监控系统下位机程序修改上,对于监控系统上位机程序AGC投退、AGC调节等相关方面与一次调频的关联性没有涉及,可作为进一步的研究课题。
Considering the practical situation of the generator units in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant, the coordination of the AGC and primary frequency regulation is analyzed and improvement advices are proposed correspondingly. Due to the limitation of the in - situ condition, field validation of the analysis is not carried out. Also, the analysis and improve- ment are focused on the modification of the slave computer programs in the monitoring system. The coordination of the host computer programs, such as the AGC in and out and AGC regulation programs, and the primary frequency regula- tion is not discussed in this paper, which could be a topic for future study.
