系统护理对胃炎及胃溃疡患者生活质量的影响

Effect of systemic nursing on quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

目的探析系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者疗效、不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取广东省河源市和平县公白镇卫生院2014年11月-2017年1月收治的300例慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各150例。其中对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则给予系统护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果和焦虑、抑郁程度及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者的临床疗效及生活质量改善情况均明显优于对照组,且SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者给予系统化护理干预后效果显著,可缓解患者不良情绪,改善其生活质量,临床推广价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of systemic nursing on quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods From November 2014 to January 2017,300 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer were enrolled in Heping County Gongbai Town Health Center and randomly divided into control group（150 cases） and observation group（150 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given systemic nursing intervention. The treatment effect,degree of anxiety and depression,improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy and quality of life improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those in control group,and SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of systemic intervention on chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer was significant,the patients＇ bad mood was relieved and the quality of life was improved. The clinical promotion value was higher.
