摘要
培养学生的核心素养是世界教育改革的发展趋势,也是我国全面深化课程改革,落实立德树人根本任务所追求的重要目标之一。此次对高中外语课程标准的修订关注发展学生的核心素养,外语课程目标也从发展学生的"综合语言运用能力"提升为提高学生的"外语学科核心素养"。本文分析了国际上关于外语核心素养的界定及内容构成,论述了发展具有中国特色外语学科核心素养的价值,着重分析了2003年版普通高中日语课程标准的主要问题,并对课程标准修订中应关注的问题进行了阐述,包括:要特别重视育人价值的体现;应进一步关注学生思维品质的培养。
Fostering of students' key competencies is the trend of education reform all around the world,and is also our target when we further curriculum reform and implement tasks of enhancing morality and fostering talents in our country.The new revision of curriculum standard concerns the development of students' key competencies.Curriculum standard of foreign language disciplines change from training the ability of comprehensive language use to enhancing key competencies in foreign language disciplines.On analyzing concepts and contents of key competencies within the world,the study elaborates the value of key competency in foreign language discipline with Chinese characters.The study emphatically analyzes the problems lying in Japanese curriculum standard for junior high schools issued in 2003,and what should be concerned in curriculum standard revision.These issues include the reflection of education value and fostering of students' thinking quality.
