摘要
本文借鉴扎根理论的方法,对125所高校的青年教师培养政策文件进行文本分析,分别从培养目标取向、培养内容、培养策略、保障措施四个方面对我国高校青年教师培养的整体情况进行了总结概括,发现当前我国高校青年教师培养存在缺乏对青年教师主体地位的认识、对专业能力发展关注不够、考评机制不合理以及内生动力激发不足的问题。为解决这些问题,相关部门要树立"以师为本"的发展理念、形成多级联动的培养体系、搭建平等开放的发展平台、实施"发展性"教师评价策略、构建教师发展动力生成机制。
The paper makes a textual analysis of the policy documents for the training of young teachers in 125 colleges and universities,which based on the grounded theory method.This brings us to the target,training content,training strategy and guarantee measures of young teachers in our country.We find that the training policy of young teachers in colleges and universitieshas not paid attention to the characteristics of young teachers themselves,has not paid attention to abilityof the youngteachers,has not paid attention to the way of assessment,and has not paid attention to the development motivations of young teachers.So the we should establish all teacher centered development concept,establish the compoundtraining mode of young teachers,build equal and open platforms for development,Implement an evaluation approach that enables teachers to develop,constructthe dynamic mechanism of youngteachers' professional development.
