摘要
目的通过对某油品罐组项目正常生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行识别,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法本次采用现场职业卫生学调查、检查表法、检测检验法和职业健康检查进行定性、定量分析评价。结果现场检测结果表明,工人接触汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、高温和工频电场浓度或强度均符合职业接触限值要求。关键控制点是汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯。结论本项目采取了相应的职业病危害防护措施,并取得了较好的防护效果。本次评价职业病危害因素检测结果显示项目所涉及岗位的职业病危害因素处较低的风险水平,在后期正常生产过程中,建设项目在采取本报告所提措施和建议的情况下,能够符合国家和地方对职业病防治方面法律、法规、标准的要求。
[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards produced in normal production process of an oil tank group project,analyze the damage degree and the influence on the health of workers, evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational hazards,and put forward the suggestions of control measures of occupation disease for system or units which did not meet the requirements of occupational hazard protection. [Methods] The field occupational health investigation,check list method,detection and inspection method and occupational health examination were adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. [Results] Testing results showed that the concentration or intensity of gasoline,benzene,toluene,xylene,noise,high temperature and power frequency electric field intensity which workers exposed all met the requirements of occupational exposure limit. The key control points were gasoline,benzene,toluene and xylene. [Conclusion]The project has adopted the corresponding occupational disease prevention measures,and achieved good results. The occupational disease hazard factors testing results show that the risk level of occupational disease hazard factors in posts involved in this project is lower.During the latter normal production process,the construction project can meet the requirements of national and local laws,regulations and standards for the prevention and control of occupational diseases if the construction project takes the measures and suggestions mentioned in this report.
