摘要
目的识别并检测某机械公司迁建项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价该建设项目的职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果粉尘作业岗位合格率为86.67%,砂轮磨尘浓度范围为(<0.2~1.5)mg/m^3,电焊烟尘浓度范围为(<0.3~4.5)mg/m^3,金属烟尘浓度范围为(0.4~4.1)mg/m^3,钢砂尘浓度范围为(<0.3~1.2)mg/m^3,石英砂尘浓度范围为(1.2~66.7)mg/m^3,磨刀工、喷砂工接触粉尘浓度超标;毒物作业岗位合格率为100%,作业工人接触毒物浓度符合要求;噪声作业岗位合格率为87.1%,8 h等效A声级范围为(78.8~96.7)d B(A),钳工、电焊工、机械铆工、气割工、喷砂工、空压机房巡检工等接触噪声强度超标;电焊工接触紫外辐射(罩内眼部)8 h辐照强度为1.28μW/cm2,结果超标;探伤机房4个检测点电离辐射强度为(11.2~86.0)μGy/h,结果超标。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,防护措施存在一定问题,如严格落实整改意见,基本能达到竣工验收条件。
[Objective] To identify and detect the occupational disease hazard factors of relocation project in a machinery company,and evaluate the control effect of occupational disease hazards for controlling or eliminating the occupational disease hazards and protecting the laborers' health from the source.[Methods]The occupational health field investigation,engineering analysis,occupational health detection and occupational health examination method were adopted for comprehensive evaluation.[Results]The qualified rate of dust exposed posts was 86.67%,concentration range of grinding wheel dust was(0.2-1.5)mg/m^3,welding fume was(0.3-4.5)mg/m^3,metal dust was(0.4-4.1)mg/m^3,steel dust was(0.3-1.2) mg/m^3,quartz sand and dust was(1.2-66.7)mg/m^3,knife grinder. The dust concentration which knife-grinder and sandblaster exposed exceeded the standard.The qualified rate of poison job was 100%,toxic concentration that workers exposed met the requirements. The qualified rate of noise was 87.1%,8 hours of equivalent sound level A range was(78.8-96.7)d B(A),and noise intensity of fitters,welders,mechanical cutting,sandblasting,riveter and air compressor room inspection workers exposed exceeded the standard. 8 h radiation intensity that welder exposed to UV radiation(cover eye) was 1.28 μW/cm2,the results exceeded the standard. The radiation intensity of 4 detection points in flaw detection room was(11.2-86.0) μGy/h,the result exceeded the standard. [Conclusion] The construction project is a project with serious occupational disease hazards,and the protective measures exist some problems. If the company implement the rectify opinions strictly,the project can basically meet the completion and acceptance conditions.
