Monitoring results of metal elements in food in Leshan City from 2012-2016

目的了解2012—2016年乐山市食品中铅、镉、汞的污染现状,为食品安全监督管理提供依据。方法 2012—2016年严格按照食品污染监测方案,在乐山市进行食品采样,开展铅、镉、汞等重金属元素的测定。结果共检测食品样本5 257份,其中铅含量超标10份,超标率为1.73%,镉含量超标9份,超标率为1.58%,汞含量超标3份,超标率为0.54%。结论乐山市各类食品中存在金属元素污染,部分食品出现了铅、镉、汞含量超标的情况,谷物及其制品3种元素含量均超标,受到金属元素污染较为严重。对此相关卫生部门应该加强监管力度,控制食品金属元素污染,保证公众卫生健康。

[Objective]To learn the pollution status of lead,cadmium,mercury in food in Leshan City from 2012-2016,provide the basis for the supervision and administration of food safety.[Methods]From 2012 to 2016,strictly according to the food contamination monitoring programme,food samples were collected in Leshan City,and the contents of heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,mercury were detected.[Results]Totally 5 257 food samples were detected,and there were 10 sampled for unqualified lead content,9 sampled for unqualified cadmium content and 3 sampled for unqualified mercury content,which the exceeding standard rate was 1.73%,1.58% and 0.54%,respectively.[Conclusion]The harmful metal elements have been found in food in Leshan City,and the contents of lead,cadmium,mercury exceed the standard in some foods. The contents of three harmful metal elements in cereals and their products are all unqualified,which indicates that the metal element pollution is serious. The relevant health authorities should strengthen supervision and control food metals pollution to ensure the public health.
