驻高原部队男性生殖健康现状及其影响因素

Reproductive health status and its influencing factors in male soldiers stationed at high altitude

通过国内外文献资料,综述了驻高原男军人的生殖健康现状及可能影响其生殖健康的因素。多数研究认为,高原环境低压、缺氧、高紫外线及昼夜温差大的特点对驻高原军人的生殖健康有重要影响,而心理因素也是其重要影响因素。多项研究结果表明,提高驻高原男军人生殖健康水平,有利于提高驻高原军人心理和生理素质,对提升军人整体战斗力有重要意义。

Based on literatures at home and abroad,this paper reviews the reproductive health status of male soldiers stationed at high altitude and explores the factors that may affect reproductive health. Most studies suggest that the high altitude environment which is characterized by low pressure,hypoxia,high ultraviolet and large temperature difference between day and night has an important impact on the reproductive health of military personnel stationed at high altitude,and psychological factors are also important factors. Research results have shown that increasing the reproductive health level of male soldiers stationed in the plateau is helpful to improve the psychological and physiological quality of them,which has great significance to enhance the overall combat effectiveness of soldiers.
