分层次管理对提高关节外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究分层次管理对提高关节外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法:研究的对象来自柯桥区中医医院关节外科2016年1月至2017年6月的50名在职工作护师,随机分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组护师采用分层次管理模式,对照组护师采用常规管理模式。患者出院时,对两组护师进行护理质量评定和满意度测评。结果:实验组护师的护理质量,包括基础护理质量、病房管理质量、护理文件写作质量和院感护理质量均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时实验组护师的有关满意度,包括护师工作满意度、患者对护师工作满意度和医师对护师工作满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:分层次管理可以显著提高关节外科护理质量及患者满意度,值得在临床护理工作中进一步推广。 Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management on improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction of joint surgery.Methods Fifty in-service nurses working in Department of Joint Surgery of Keqiao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly assigned into experiment group and control group.The nurses in experiment group adopted the hierarchical management mode,while the nurses in control group adopted the conventional management mode.When the patients were discharged,nursing quality and patient satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups.Results The nursing quality in experiment group,including the qualities of basic nursing,ward management,nursing document writing and nosocomial assessment nursing,were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction with nurses in experiment group,including nurse's job satisfaction,satisfaction of patients with nurses' work and physician's satisfaction with nurses' work,were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions The hierarchical management can significantly improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in department of joint surgery,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing practice.
