舒适与集约:小城镇建设用地指标反思

Amenity and Intensification:Reflection on Index of Construction Land in Small Towns

文章基于全国121个镇的调研数据,从用地结构、开发强度、居住需求三个方面分析了小城镇人均用地较高的原因,揭示了生活舒适与节约用地的矛盾,认为舒适性是小城镇相对于城市为数不多的优势之一,并提出了增进小城镇适居性的对策建议。

Based on the survey of 121 towns allover China, this paper discusses the causation of high per capita constructive land in towns, from the term of land use structure, development intensity, residential demand. The paper argues that the reason could be attributed to the conflict between amenity and intensive land-use. Since amenity is one of few superiorities of towns over cities, some tactics is proposed in as conclusion.
