广东省清远市山塘镇调查报告

A Survey of Shantang Town, Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province

通过对广东省清远市清新区山塘镇进行调研发现,作为一个传统农业型城镇,山塘镇具有区位较好、交通便捷、自然资源丰富等诸多优势,但在发展中遇到人口流失、老龄化严重、村民收入两极分化、产业结构失衡、传统产业衰落、基础设施不足及建设用地指标不足、用地布局不合理等问题。作为连接清远市区和周边农村的小城镇,山塘镇发挥了中间传导功能、城市疏散的载体功能和集聚功能等重要功能。

Through the investigation of Shantang town, Qingyuan city, it is found that as a traditional agricultural town, Shantang has many advantages such as good location, convenient transport connection and rich natural resources. But, during the development, it is experiencing population loss and aging, income polarization, industrial structure imbalance, decline of traditional industries, inadequate infrastructure and land for development, problematic urban structure and others. As a small town connecting O^ngyuan urban and surrounding rural areas, Shantang has played an important role providing intermediate conduction function, urban evacuation vector function and agglomeration function.
