摘要
研究钢带运行速度对组织性能的影响对提高大型钢铁企业生产率具有重要意义,以相变诱导塑性钢TRIP 590为例,分别以80、100、120、140 m/min的速度进行冷轧退火试验,运用拉伸试验机、扫描电镜等物理检验设备,分析不同的钢板运行速度对组织和性能的影响规律。随着钢带运行速度的增加,成品铁素体体积分数逐渐减少,马氏体+贝氏体体积分数逐渐增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,在100~120 m/min时,各相组织比例、晶粒尺寸及力学性能等综合指标有较理想数值。特别是速度为120 m/min时,残奥量及残奥中碳的质量分数较高,其组织性能达到最佳值,强塑积为21 GPa·%,这与TRIP效应能够同时提高强度及塑性指标相吻合。
It is significantly important to research the effects of strip running speed on the structure and properties for improving productivity of iron and steel enterprise. With phase transformation induced plasticity steel TRIP 590 as an example,the annealing experiment was carried out at the speed of 80,100,120 and 140 m/min,and the tensile tester and scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the influence of different speed effects on the micro structure and properties. The conclusion can be reached that,with the increase of the strip running speed,the ferrite content in the steel reduces,the contents of the martensite and bainite content increase and grain size increase gradually. At the range of 100-120 m/min,the phase ratio,grain size and properties reach the ideal value. Especially at the speed of 120 m/min,the content of residual austenite and the carbon is higher,and the micro structure and properties reach the optimum value. The strength and elongation of the product are obtained at 21 GPa ·%,which matches the TRIP effect of improving the strength and plasticity index at the same time.
