熔渣离心成纤试验及其纤维化影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了对熔渣的纤维化机理及其影响因素进行分析,利用离心成纤方法对熔融高炉渣的纤维化过程进行了试验研究,结合试验研究结果,分析了高炉渣纤维长度与直径的影响因素,主要是熔渣纤维化过程和矿渣纤维受到高炉渣成分及辊轮直径、辊轮转速、出渣温度等参数的影响。根据试验条件,确定了容易纤维化的倾倒温度为1 450℃,离心机4个辊转速分别为3 840、4 620、5 220、5 820 r/min。结果表明,熔渣的We数达到4.23×106~4.28×106、Oh数达到3.81×10-2~4.56×10-2时,较适宜熔渣的纤维化分解,这两个参数反映了影响熔渣纤维化的各因素间的关系,并最终确定了试验条件下纤维直径和纤维长度的表达式。 In order to analyze the fiberization mechanism of melting slag and its influencing factors. The fiberization process of molten BF slag was studied experimentally through centrifugal method. Combining the experimental results,factors influenceing the length and the diameter of blast furnace slag fibers were investigated,and the influence of such parameters as roll diameter,roll speed and outlet slag temperature on the centrifugal spinning process and the obtained fibers were also analyzed. Under the experimental conditions,the optimum tapping temperature was 1450 ℃,the four rollers speed of the four-roller centrifuge were 3 840,4 620,5 220 and 5 820 r/min respectively. The results show that the We number and the Oh number of the molten slag must reach 4.223×10^6-4.28x×10^6 and 3.81×10^-2-4.56×10^-2 respectively to produce a fibrosis decomposition. The two parameters reflect the relationship among the factors that affect the fibrosis of the slag and finally the expression of fiber diameter and fiber length in the test condition are determined.
