河钢塞尔维亚公司是国家"一带一路"战略中,中国企业在欧洲收购的首个钢铁项目。充分分析了河钢塞尔维亚公司的主体装备、工艺流程及产品类别等生产经营概况,重点阐述了自河钢塞钢被收购以来,河钢通过全方位管理输入、全面系统的工艺改进和完善以及全球配置优势资源等多种有效措施,迅速扭转了原塞钢连续多年亏损的被动困局,仅仅半年的时间就让企业重新焕发出勃勃生机。在此基础上,结合河钢塞尔维亚公司实际,系统谋划了其未来的发展规划。河钢塞尔维亚公司的历史性巨变正是河钢以"代表民族工业,担当国家角色"为己任,积极践行"一带一路"倡议的真实体现,对国企实现走出去战略有着重大的借鉴和示范意义。
HBIS Group Serbia Company is the first steel project purchased by Chinese enterprise in Europe under the strategy of"the Belt and Road Initiative". The general situation of the project is described,such as the main equipment,technique and process,product categories and so on. It also emphasizes that,since Serbia steel plant was taken over,HBIS group has taken various kinds of effective measures such as all-around management input,comprehensive process improvement and global superior resource allocation,to quickly reverse the passive dilemma for years of loss,and within only half a year,enabled the company to be dynamic again. On this basis,the future development strategy is designed systematically,combined with the actual situation of the company. This major historic change of HBIS Group Serbia company is its real reflection of taking"represent national industry,play the role of state"as its mission,and carrying out the national strategy of"the Belt and Road Initiative",which has great significance of reference and demonstration,for state-owned enterprises to realize"going out"strategy.
